Alia Steglinski is a Workplace Wellbeing and Injury Prevention Consultant, helping organisations create safer, healthier, and more human-centred workplaces. With qualifications in WHS and a Bachelor of Applied Science, Alia combines workplace safety knowledge with over 20 years of experience in wellness, movement, and behaviour change. She specialises in Return to Work, manual handling awareness, psychosocial wellbeing, and worker engagement, helping teams better understand safety, resilience, and recovery in the workplace. Alia is known for translating complex WHS & wellbeing concepts into simple, practical tools that improve communication, strengthen workplace culture, and support safety.
