Trys Reddick

Diagnosed with Agoraphobia, OCD, Depression and Anxiety aged 12, I left school at 14 and became a recluse for 10 years. A trip to Australia changed my mindset and I started a journey of recovery that would take me back to Australia permanently. Having worked for Employment Services for 5, years, I started up my own business as a Mental Health First Aid trainer and am now a Principal Master Trainer with 7 years experience and an approval rating of 97%. In 2020 in the midst of the COVID crisis, I started up IPL Radio, a community Radio station that promotes positive Mental Health. We broadcast Australia wide and also to New Zealand, Canada, UK and US. Mental Health awareness is my passion.
