The Woodland Fairy

The Woodland Fairy brings magic, whimsy and an impressive array of skills and activities to delight young and old alike. Everything from high quality face painting to dazzling glitter tattoos, whimsical balloon creations and fun games, fabulous fairy stories and impressively magical bubbles! Not only that, but every costume and character is completely original and handmade by Laurana the Woodland Fairy herself.

All you need to do is choose which activities you would like, let us know how many children you are expecting, and we will advise the length of time required for the booking; it's that easy.

I bring everything I need, so you don't have to worry about supplying a thing!

Our only request is that a safe environment must be provided for the artist/s which includes full shelter in the event of rain, and adequate protection from excessive heat or cold.

STANDARD PARTY PACKAGE - $320
This entertainment package is best suited to no more than 15 children and will last for 90 minutes, and is aimed at children 4 and older.

Your fairy will start with a couple of games (Pass the Pixie Bag and Fairy Limbo), followed by quick but beautiful face painting and ending with simple but fun balloon twisting. The birthday boy/girl also receives a personalised gift from their Fairy; how special! If desired, 10 minutes before your Fairy is due to leave she will help assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before flying to her next event.

More than 15 children will require an additional Fairy to make sure that everyone gets enough engagement and activities, and also makes sure that your main Fairy isn't overwhelmed. Adding another Fairy to the Standard Party Package is an additional $195.

DELUXE PARTY PACKAGE - $420
This entertainment package is best suited to no more than 15 children and will last for 2 hours, and is aimed at children 4 and older.

Your fairy will start with a couple of games (Pass the Pixie Bag and Fairy Limbo), followed by quick but beautiful face painting and ending with simple but fun balloon twisting. A bonus craft activity will also be provided for your young guests so they'll have something to take home from the party. The birthday boy/girl also receives a personalised gift from their Fairy; how special! If desired, 10 minutes before your Fairy is due to leave she will help assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before flying to her next event.

More than 15 children will require an additional Fairy to make sure that everyone gets enough engagement and activities, and also makes sure that your main Fairy isn't overwhelmed. Adding another Fairy to the Deluxe Party Package is an additional $230.

GENTLE PARTY PACKAGE - $320
This entertainment package is best suited to no more than 15 children and will last for 90 minutes and was especially created for younger guests (2-4 years old).

Your fairy will start with a couple of stories from her amazing fairy book collection, followed by quick but beautiful face painting and ending with simple but fun balloon twisting. The birthday boy/girl also receives a personalised gift from their Fairy; how special! If desired, 10 minutes before your Fairy is due to leave she will help assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before flying to her next event.

More than 15 children will require an additional Fairy to make sure that everyone gets enough engagement and activities, and also makes sure that your main Fairy isn't overwhelmed. Adding another Fairy to the Gentle Party Package is an additional $195.

FACE PAINTING PACKAGE - $300
This entertainment package is best suited to no more than 20 children and will last for two hours, and is aimed at children 3 and older.

Your fairy will provide detailed face and arm designs using her very best sparkles and stencils. She will also bring her fabulous bubble machine and music to create a truly fun and magical atmosphere. The birthday boy/girl also receives a personalised gift from their Fairy; how special! If desired, 10 minutes before your Fairy is due to leave she will help assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before flying to her next event.

IMPORTANT: For reasons of insurance and personal safety, persons under the age of 3 cannot receive face painting, but at the discretion of their consenting adult may instead like an arm or leg paint. We also cannot paint anyone who is presenting with symptoms of being sick or with obviously open/infected skin.

More than 20 children will require an additional Fairy to make sure that everyone gets enough engagement and activities, and also makes sure that your main Fairy isn't overwhelmed. Adding another Fairy to the Face Painting Package is an additional $250.

BALLOON TWISTING PACKAGE - $300
This entertainment package is best suited to no more than 20 children and will last for two hours, and is suited to all ages.

Who doesn't love balloons? Your fairy will create fun and fabulous balloon designs on request, pulling out all the stops and fancy twists. If looked after, your balloons will easily last about a week. The birthday boy/girl also receives a personalised gift from their Fairy; how special! If desired, 10 minutes before your Fairy is due to leave she will help assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before flying to her next event.

More than 20 children will require an additional Fairy to make sure that everyone gets enough engagement and activities, and also makes sure that your main Fairy isn't overwhelmed. Adding another Fairy to the Balloon Twisting Package is an additional $250.

GIANT BUBBLES & INTERACTIVE BUBBLE PLAY PACKAGE - $345
This entertainment package is great value for up to 25 children and will last for one hour. It is suitable for all ages.

Is there anything more magical than bubbles? Your fairy will entertain your guests with an array of bubble displays ranging from hundreds of smaller bubbles (tennis ball sized) all the way up to clusters of giant bubbles bigger than a child! In ideal conditions, your bubble artist can create bubbles bigger than a car! There will also be an opportunity for the children to all engage in some hands on bubble play with custom bubble wands, nets, and learning the art of hand bubbles!

The birthday boy/girl will also receive a personalised gift from their Fairy, and if desired, 10 minutes before your Fairy is due to leave she will help assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before flying to her next event.

IMPORTANT: For safety, giant bubbles can only take place outdoors on grassy or absorbent non-slip surfaces. Polished or shiny surfaces such as plastic, linoleum or pebblecrete are not suitable as they present a slip hazard when wet.

GIANT BUBBLES - ADD-ON ONLY - $120
This rate is only available as an add-on to a pre-existing package, where you will receive an additional 30 minutes of magical entertainment in the form of incredible giant bubbles! Your fairy will entertain your guests with an array of bubble displays ranging from hundreds of smaller bubbles (tennis ball sized) all the way up to clusters of giant bubbles bigger than a child! In ideal conditions, your fairy can even create bubbles bigger than a car!

WARRIOR TRAINING PACKAGE - $450
This entertainment package is best suited to no more than 15 children and will last for two hours, and is aimed at children 5 and older.

Your Battle Elf will train your young warriors with games of strength and skill which include archery and sword fighting! Don't worry, we use suction cap arrows and foam swords for these training activities. We will also play training games to work on stealth, speed and battle wit. A fabulous option for active children who love challenging themselves.

Your young warriors will finish their training with an exciting Glitter Tattoo design. Our Glitter Tattoos are administered with medical grade adhesive and bio-glitter, so completely safe for delicate skin. The birthday girl/boy also gets a special gift from the Battle Elf making this a party to truly remember! If desired, 10 minutes before your Battle Elf is due to leave she will also help you assemble all the children to sing Happy Birthday and take a special photo before dashing off to her next adventure.

If you are expecting more than 15 children, you will require an additional Battle Elf to make sure that everyone receives a glitter tattoo and sufficient attention for games and activities, (it also makes sure that your main Elf isn't too overwhelmed either). Adding another Elf to the Young Warrior Training Package is an additional $250.

The Woodland Fairy carries $20M in public liability insurance and a current WWCC.
