The Renaissance Rovers is made up of two Melbourne and Geelong based musicians with a passion for ye old folk music on instruments nearly forgotten. Lucy plucks an old hognose psaltery and sometimes sings while Jason carries folk melodies on a wooden recorder. Their repertoire consists of music such as Greensleeves, Scarborough Fair, Saltarello and can be performed while roving which makes them perfect for Renaissance Fairs and markets needing interesting roving entertainment.

Lucy and Jason will come dressed in historically accurate renaissance peasant costumes hand made my Jason, renown Melbourne costumier and musician. They will perform a selection of tunes from medieval and renaissance Europe on psaltery, recorder and vocals while roving through your event space.
