Minimum performance space of 3m x 2m (larger if full band setup)
• Access to 2–4 power outlets near performance area
• Safe, flat, sheltered performance area protected from weather
• Adequate lighting if performing at evening/night events
• Access to venue at least 60–90 minutes prior to performance for load-in and soundcheck
• Nearby parking/loading access for equipment transport
• Chairs/stools provided if required for acoustic portions of performance
• Refreshments/water for performers appreciated for longer bookings
