8ft x 6ft Screen - up to 100 people
12ft x 9ft Screen - over 100 people
16ft x 12ft Screen - over 400 people
(Suggest two screens at 16ft x 12ft
for audiences over 400 people )
6. CD Player -Sound system -
For audiences over 50 people - suggest Audio mixing console with speaker capacity to suit audience numbers.
7. Stage wash light and room lighting dimmed
to enhance clarity of tailored visual presentation
NB * Suggest AV operator be present to oversee technical requirements of presentation
* Specially Crafted Power Point accompany all keynotes. AV Sound Check to be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time prior to event. .

* For breakfast, luncheon or dinner/cocktail events kindly note dance floor to be situated preferably to the side of stage NOT directly infront of lectern and tables should be as close as possible.- strictly no meal or beverage service during presentation- unless otherwise agreed The Corporate Impostor's presentation should either be only after entree or main meal and no later than 8.40pm unless mutually agreed to with client.
* No recordings either audio or visual permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
