THE BLISS BAND!

THE BLISS BAND has performed at hundreds of weddings all over the world, but mostly all over regional Australia and all the main capital cities. The BLISS Band is an expert wedding entertainment party band, specializing in providing a seamless evening entertainment experience, with a focus on contemporary hit music and dance floor interaction for your guests from the start of the night all the way to the end.

The BLISS Band has over two hundred songs in their repertoire, meaning they can play virtually whatever you need them to play – if you have a dinner music section, the band can play that, and follow dinner with three spectacular up-tempo dance floor sets, where your guests will party the night away until the late hours.

The BLISS Band features world-class musicianship, extensively honed stage craft, and male and female singers too, which means the song repertoire is constantly flipped between male and female frontline singers, keeping the performance fresh and energised all night long.

THE BLISS BAND provides a slick, quick, professional set-up prior to your excellent event, meaning once you tell us what time your doors open and your guests arrive, we'll make certain we're finished our equipment and stage set-up at least 30 minutes prior to your guests arriving. Regarding sound and lighting, often in Australia, the venue mandates that we use their in-house A/V sound system, with their own A/V guys mixing the sound.. we're entirely fine with that if that's your situation.. but if your venue doesn't NEED you to use their system, let us know and we'll add our excellent sound and lighting rigs to the quote for you.

Also, a stage at your venue isn't necessary for the band to perform, but really, ALL bands are SO much more effective if your venue has one on site, set up for the band to use. If the venue can provide a stage - it will definitely be beneficial to the event's success. A minimum stage performance area of 12 feet x 8 feet is preferred, but of course the band will happily accept a larger area if it becomes available!

As a pro band, we know the event is ALL ABOUT YOU - not us.
That means every aspect of our booking is flexible - as flexible as you need it to be. We offer loads of booking options, in fact just too many to list here. For example:

we can add extra band members like saxophone players, extra singers, a brass section etc..
we can arrive earlier than our usual 6pm arrival time if your guests need us set up earlier.
we can perform as purely an epic dancefloor party-pumping band, or do the opposite if you need us to - we can play a cocktail set or two for a classy earlier start to your event too - really - whatever flexibility you need, just ask us and we'll provide best options that will suit your specific needs - we know every event is unique, so needs a unique approach to get the best results for you. Just ask, and we'll provide!

We have full Public Liability Insurance and all permits required to perform and tour Australia-wide. We are also entirely well-versed to performing within council noise-limiting guidelines if you need us to. We do everything a professional event band is meant to do, to make sure your event sizzles!
