To ensure a smooth and successful performance, here are the essential requirements when booking our entertainment services:

Covered Performance Area
A sheltered or covered area is required to protect performers and equipment from weather elements, such as sun, rain, or wind. This ensures the safety of our equipment and allows for an uninterrupted performance.

Access to a Power Source
A reliable power outlet is necessary for our sound and lighting equipment. Please ensure it is located near the performance area or provide extension cords if needed.

Adequate Space
The size of the performance area should align with the act booked (solo, duo, trio, or full band). Ensure there is enough room for performers, instruments, and equipment to set up comfortably.

Run Sheet or Schedule
Providing a detailed run sheet helps us seamlessly integrate our performance into your event’s flow, ensuring all timing and transitions are aligned with your program.

Special Song Requests (Optional)
If you have specific songs you’d like us to perform, please let us know in advance so we can prepare.

Noise Restrictions
Inform us ahead of time if your venue has any noise restrictions or curfews that we need to consider.
