Sound healer and Breath work facilitator

Jamie from energy alchemy is a sound healer and breath work facilitator. I run small to large scale holistic events and offerings for schools, corporate events, weddings, birthdays, holistic events, any kind of event I can cater for. I offer sound healing and breath work sessions in hour blocks. The way I utilise sound is very unique and has powerful results that take people on a journey. I use breath work techniques to help ground and calm the body, release stress and anxiety and help heal any trauma that people hold in the body. I do this in a very safe environment and way to make people feel comfortable.
