Sam was absolutely amazing! He was organised, professional and lots of fun for the guests! Would highly recommend.

What can't I say about Sam, he was personable and worked tirelessly to try and get as many "portraits" done as he could, whilst taking the time to get to know people during his drawings. He was flexible and eager to work and was an absolute highlight for our family day! I would highly recommend him for any occasion to bring a wonderful keepsake and personal touch to your day. Thank you Sam from all of us at CHU! You made our day!

Highly recommended Sam. We hosted a work social event and Sam provided his services for the first couple of hours. All guests thought it was fun and something different to start the event off. Playful and lighthearted.

I was looking on crowd pleaser for a magician for our yr 12 formal and stumbled upon Sam. How lucky were we?! Our young people loved their portraits, he had a happy queue all night. Fabulous manner, easy to work with, a huge hit, worth every penny. Only wish we had booked him longer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Sam was a fantastic addition to my wife's 70th birthday. He's an incredibly talented artist but also has a great manner of easing into the party as he sketches the guests. I would highly recommend Sam and guests will love their own personal memorabilia from the party.

We booked Sam for our wedding recently and he was brilliant! Friendly, approachable and very talented. He worked quickly to get round as many guests as possible but didn’t rush through his drawings and our guests left with some wonderful keepsakes that I’m sure they’ll treasure for years to come.. We booked Sam for the World MS Day picnic event, he arrived exactly when expected (even though he'd had to follow my confusing directions - which was a win for our side right there!). We had Sam roam around to do the caricatures and it worked really well, but he was happy to sit at a table to draw if we wanted. People were amazed to see their caricature when done and it took a maximum of probably 5 mins for each one. Sam was at ease throughout the day, and considering the diverse range of people there, including the very young and the not-so-young - well, that's a talent to be able to deal with all types. My and my hubby's own caricature really capture us I think, and people we've shown our caricature are all 'wow!' - obviously I highly recommend Sam and his talent to all.

Sam was an absolute crowd puller and a crowd pleaser. All the kids and parents at my son's birthday party was blown away by Sam's work and his efficiency. Sam was very interactive and patient. He is definitely recommendable. We are so glad to have had him at the party.

Sam added a unique and exciting element to The Vincentia High Yr 12 formal last night. He drew caricatures for the students and teachers, providing them with a special keepsake for their big night. I unfortunately had to cancel Sam as our school event was cancelled due to Covid-19. Sam was wonderful about it. so incredibly understanding. I will definitely re-book Sam in the future.

Sam was booked for a wedding and he was one of THE MAIN highlights of the night. He was very patient and accommodating (more than the bride would tolerate) to the guests. He was entertaining and striked up a conversation with everyone. EVERYONE loved his work and loved having them there, so much so, he had to stay longer. Would definitely book him again =-)

Sam was almost half an hour late due to confusion with the location & getting a bit lost & so didn’t finish drawing everyone by the time he was originally supposed to finish. He then asked across the table in front of everyone if it was ok if he charged me extra to finish (including the person it was a surprise for). So it ended up being $500 for 1 hour & a bit awkward. Not worth it in my opinion.

Sam was a delight to have at the event and made all our guests feel very special. His manner is very warm and funny and engaging and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
