From your initial enquiry through to the final song, we'll work closely with you to understand your vision, coordinate with your venue and other suppliers, and ensure every detail is carefully planned.

On the day of your event, you'll receive a professionally presented setup featuring premium sound, intelligent lighting, and reliable, state-of-the-art equipment. We arrive with plenty of time for setup and testing, ensuring everything is ready before your guests arrive.

Our experienced DJs know how to read the room, adapt to your crowd, and create the perfect atmosphere throughout the event. Whether it's elegant background music during dinner, high-energy dance floor favourites, or carefully timed formalities, every moment is delivered with confidence and professionalism.

To ensure your event runs smoothly, we ask that the following requirements are considered before our arrival.

Performance & Production Space
Please allow a minimum clear area of approximately 3m x 3m for our DJ booth, sound system and lighting equipment. Larger productions, including staging, LED screens, dance floors, trussing or additional lighting, may require additional space, which will be discussed during the planning process.

Power Supply
We require access to at least two standard 240V power outlets located close to the production area. Larger events may require additional power, and any specific requirements will be advised during the planning stage.

Venue Access
Safe and convenient access for loading and unloading equipment is essential. Please advise us in advance of any stairs, lift access, loading docks, long carrying distances, paid parking or venue access restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Venue Information
Please notify us of any venue-specific requirements before the event, including sound restrictions, curfews, access times, bump-in procedures, heritage requirements or venue safety regulations.

Setup Time
Depending on the scope of your booking, we generally require between 2–3 hours to complete installation, programming, testing and sound checks before guests arrive. Larger productions may require additional setup time.

Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, all equipment must be protected from rain, excessive heat and direct sunlight. A suitable weatherproof, level operating area must be provided unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Equipment Positioning
For the best results, our production equipment should be positioned to maximise sound coverage, lighting effects and guest experience. Final equipment placement will be determined in consultation with the venue and event organiser to achieve the safest and most effective outcome.

Communication
If there are any changes to your venue, schedule, access arrangements or event requirements, please let us know as early as possible. Early communication allows us to prepare thoroughly and deliver a seamless event experience.

Certificates of Currency can be supplied upon request for venues or event organisers requiring proof of insurance prior to your event.

Where permits or venue approvals are required for specific production elements, we will work closely with the venue and event organiser to ensure all operational requirements are met.
