• There is no typical Pot-Pourri show. Their program is individually and specifically designed according to the client brief, atmosphere, event and venue details. They write unique songs and lyrics for clients about topics as diverse as gynaecology, medicine, banking and cars!

• They have performed and received standing ovations at diverse events over 25 years in over 40 countries for Prime Ministers, Presidents, CEOs and other dignitaries at a huge range of gala dinners, awards nights, conferences, private parties and major special events. They have released 7 albums.

Props
• 1 x small café style table with cloth, 2 x chairs, jug of water and 4 x glasses
- set approximately opposite the piano Prompt side
• A stool – bar stool or similar
• 2 x extra chairs
• 2 x small podiums (positioned in audience for larger events and venues)

Lighting: Note – there can be a lot of flexibility – Please, always check with Tom Orchard

 Separate FOH white wash if possible (big wide wash, and smaller wash)
 1 x 500watt Fresnel - Piano Spot - needs to be positioned to light pianist and
music from above & behind

 1 x 1k fres (or something wide?) on floor O/P near piano focused U/S

 1 x High power Strobe, (Or use LEDs.), (controlled from light desk)
Positioned to light stage and room, from side or corner of stage. Used in short bursts.
 1 x Smoke Machine (and/or hazer) – with variable output (controlled at lighting
desk.) Position close to or under piano, blow smoke forward through the performers, towards audience.
 2 x follow spots, must be able to follow performers through audience.
 There are 2 songs the girls perform in the audience – (1 each side, about a third into
audience on podiums) - Light with the 2 x follow spots or if possible - it’s best to light from above with 2 spots on each position
 Moving lights with gobos if possible
 Talk back for all operators
 Everything needs to be controlled at the lighting desk, which should be positioned near the
follow spot, (if possible?)
 House lights need to be faded up and down on cue during the show. This is so the
audience can see the artists when they are in the audience, (and the artists see the audience).

Other Requirements:
o Changing room with Hot water/tea station, fruit platter, meals, drinks, tea and coffee and bottled water in the artist’s dressing room at least 120 minutes prior to the performance. Mirror, toilet, basin, chairs and hanging space
o Space to the side of the stage for quick changes.

Audio System:
Speakers & Amplifiers:
o Due to the extreme variability of vocal content of this performance, the speakers wil1 be of high vocal intelligibility with ample amplifier power to suitably cover the audience and the venue. (Eg. Nexo, Meyer, EAW, L-acoustics).
o 4 x Midhigh Speakers & 2 x Dual Sub’s is the minimum requirement

Audio Control:
o A professional 16ch sound console with a min of 4 aux sends (2 being pre eq. and fade as fold back will run as 2 sends from front of house)
o 4 x 1/3 octave equalisers for use over front of house and monitor sends.
o 2 x Digital reverb effect.
o 1 x Compact Disc player

Radio Microphones:
o 4 Shure UHF wireless system with Shure Beta SM87 or Beta 58 transmitter and one boom vocal mic for pianist (may be a leaded mic) with new batteries for rehearsal & performance.
o An antenna distribution amplifier with remote booster aerials to suit is also required.

Standard Microphones:
o 2 x High quality Condenser Mics on boom stands for the piano
o 1 x Beta 58 for Didgeridoo P/S D/S can be on a piece foam or something soft on floor.
o 2 x DI Boxes for C.D. player operated by the pianist
o 1 x microphone at mixing desk for Audio Engineer.

Foldback:
o 2 sends consisting of:
1. 2 x low profile wedges capable of 400 watts and amplifiers spread at front of stage
2. 1 x Wedge with amplifier for piano.
