Annabel is a neurodiversity and mental health advocate, lived-experience speaker, and neurodiversity consultant working at the intersection of lived experience, research, and systemic change. As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD woman, she brings an authentic perspective to conversations about masking, identity, accessibility, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Annabel’s work challenges deficit-based narratives and supports organisations, schools, and communities to create environments where neurodivergent people are understood and able to thrive. Her presentations are insightful, honest, and thought-provoking, leaving audiences with deeper understanding and practical tools for change.

There is nothing more powerful than an advocate with lived experience. I can recommend Annabel to all organisations to talk on the subject of Neurodiversity. Humble, honest and genuine. My audience was captivated.

Review
“Annabel is a wonderful advocate and representative in the neurodiverse/AuDHD community. I admire her commitment and bravery in using her story as an avenue for raising awareness and educating others. She gives 110% to presentations and her presentation style is authentic, funny, warm and engaging. The Thriving Minds shop is a wonderful local option for self-regulation tools, social stories and beautifully crafted toys and books.”
