My insights and knowledge about neurodiversity, education and mental health can provide valuable information, spark discussions, and inspire others. At 30 years old, I was diagnosed as autistic and then a year later ADHD. I quickly burnt out as an early childhood teacher in my mid 20’s and then founded my business ‘Thriving Minds Education’ at the end of 2017. The turnover for the first 4 years of ‘Thriving Minds Education’ reached $627 000. My story breaks down stigma surrounding autistic females. I advocate for change, better support and inclusion for neurodivergent individuals. I provide valuable insights into what support systems and resources are most effective for all minds.

Review
“Annabel is a wonderful advocate and representative in the neurodiverse/AuDHD community. I admire her commitment and bravery in using her story as an avenue for raising awareness and educating others. She gives 110% to presentations and her presentation style is authentic, funny, warm and engaging. The Thriving Minds shop is a wonderful local option for self-regulation tools, social stories and beautifully crafted toys and books.”
