Educational Theatre & Wellbeing Workshops for High School students across Victoria. Our Non-Naturalistic theatre show #GoodEnough includes multiple characters, including teacher, students, parents and the 'Inner Voices' the 'Inner Critic', and 'Inner Motivator'. The show teaches students about their thoughts by depicting them as characters of the mind. Through this unique and thought-provoking performance, the audience is invited to interact with these characters, helping them realise they have the power to choose which 'Inner voice' they listen to. Following the show is our Self-Talk workshop, where students visualise their own 'inner voices' & play out these 'characters of the mind'.Following the show, our Self-Talk workshop has serval parts. One with student volunteers on the stage playing out the characters of the 'Inner Critic' and 'Inner Encourager'. There is journaling and a visulisation activity. There is also time to share student's responses as well as a Q&A.

Ally Aurora will bring all set pieces, including a fold out single bed, 2 hat racks, a speaker etc. We just require a small table and 3 chairs.
