To ensure a smooth and professional performance, Midnight Black Band requires the following:

- Covered Performance Area: A fully covered, weatherproof space to protect performers, instruments, and equipment from rain, wind, and direct sunlight.
- Stage & Setup Space: A clear, level, and stable area of adequate size for full band setup, which at times includes space for drum kit, amplifiers, and movement during performance.
- Power Supply: Safe and reliable access to power, with a minimum of standard outlets positioned close to the performance area. Power must be suitable for professional audio equipment. Off grid options available, enquire to learn more.
- Weather Protection: In outdoor settings, appropriate measures must be in place to safeguard all electrical equipment from moisture and extreme conditions.
- Secure Environment: A safe and secure space for equipment setup, storage, and performance, with reasonable protection against theft, damage, or interference.
- Access & Load-In: Easy access for loading and unloading equipment, ideally with parking close to the performance area.
- Lighting (if applicable): Adequate lighting for evening or low-light performances to ensure visibility and safety.

These requirements are essential to maintain performance quality, safety, and equipment integrity.
