Not sure which band line up to choose for your event?
For an event under 100 guests we suggest a 3-4 piece band. Over 100 guests we suggest a 4- 6 piece band.
We also have DJ/band combo packages available.
1. Acoustic Duo for the first half of the night followed by our DJ for the dance floor!
2. DJ & Vocalist.
3. DJ, Vocalist & Saxaphone player.
4. DJ, Vocalist, sax and percussion.
As no event is the same, all our packages can be customised to suit your special day!
These are the categories of entertainment or other services offered by Madison Entertainment.
- All sound & PA is provided (T&C's apply). A FULL sound check is provided to ensure sound is set up correctly for the venue space.
- Lighting for stage.
- Additional mics are provided for speeches.

We cover all genres: Pop, disco, Rock, RNB, 80's & 90's dance, Top 40, Jazz, Soul.
WEDDING PACKAGES: Receive a complimentary canapes/cocktail hour set when booking our reception package.
CEREMONY:
- Live music as guests arrive.
- We promise to learn your favourite songs for formalities such as, aisle procession, signing of the registry & aisle recession.
- As guests depart the ceremony.
CANAPES/COCKTAIL HOUR:
- Live music with a feel good ambience to allow guests to mingle & settle in!
RECEPTION:
- PA & sound system set up & full sound check.
- Up to 4 x 50min sets of live music - tracks are played in between band sets to avoid any awkward pauses.
- We promise to learn all your favourite songs for formalities such as, couples entrance into reception, first dance and cutting of cake.
- Additional mics for speeches.
- Public liability insurance.
CORPORATE PACKAGES:
- PA & sound system set up & full sound check.
- Up to 4 x 50min sets of live music - tracks are played in between band sets to avoid any awkward pauses.
