Jaymi is an exceptional singer/songwriter with over 10 years professional experience in the industry. She plays piano and guitar and has a team of musicians that she works with that provide additional accompaniment to her arrangements from hits from the 50s through to now, depending on your specific needs of course!

We play popular upbeat songs and ballads that everyone will enjoy! Our setlists can be customised to include your favourite songs. Traditionally, we cover songs from the 1950s to now - played with a fresh modern mix and sophisticated style. We pride ourselves on providing a more polished sound than you have ever heard before - soaring vocals and one of a kind guitar accompaniment.

Jaymi is also experienced in creating basic DJ sets for weddings and corporate events. For example, The SA Society of Auctioneers & Appraisers used us for their gala Awards night in 2017 for live music, and audio sound experience! The event's entertainment was so successful that the CEO, Gary Topp, quoted it as “their best ever!" Subsequently, we were invited back to repeat it in 2018 and 2019!

We have performed at many different types of events over the years, such as weddings, balls, awards nights, functions/parties, corporate functions, sports clubs, opening nights, pubs, charity events, etc. We have also performed live on the radio on several occasions.

Our music is particularly well suited to weddings and corporate events as the songs are enjoyed by a wide range of guests. You may wish to request your favourite song to either play live or from the original recording. Typically, we play for 45 minutes then have a break - however, at weddings, our breaks can be adjusted to suit the speeches or other ceremonial events on the night.

If there are some special songs that you want to play for your wedding dance, entry of the bridal party, or at other times, we can create a playlist for these too. If you have somebody who wants to get up and sing a song, we can also accompany them or play a backing track if needed!

Weddings and events can be stressful enough, let us take away the stress of the entertainment and provide you with a holistic entertainment package that will leave you dancing til you drop!

Our duo can fit into a relatively small area of about 2.5m by 2.5m, with speakers placed in appropriate locations around this. We provide a high quality sound system including excellent speakers, mixing desk , microphones and associated equipment , leads etc.
Setting up usually takes an hour, including sound check, and packing up around 30 minutes. Our only critical requirement is a power point nearby!

We play re-mixed versions of songs from the 1950's to the current day. We often receive comments to say that our versions provide a completely new approach, - we sound fresher and more classy! This is due to the quality/sophistication of our sound, musicianship, and the attention we pay to getting our arrangements right. We tend to avoid playing the songs that you hear over and over, in favour of choosing songs from well known artists, that are less often heard.

Our set list includes recent songs from (for example) Selena Gomez, Adele, Flume (DJ), Portugal The Man, Beyonce, Dua Lipa and many others. We have also selectively sourced, emotionally-rich songs from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond, including Prince, Fleetwood Mac, Carole King, The Animals, Spencer Davis Group, Jimmy Barnes, Roxette, Eagles, Beatles etc.

Amongst these there are plenty of upbeat songs, but also alluring melodic pieces that are ideal for more intimate venues, cocktail functions, wine bars etc. We can happily add requested material for particular themes – for example we recently played a masquerade party where the client wanted half a dozen Dean Martin songs in our set list.

Our pricing is based on your unique needs, and will be customised to suit your budget and event detail.
