Setup Requirements & Event Conditions
We supply everything required to make your day seamless and spectacular. From premium PA systems and pro audio gear to instruments, atmospheric lighting, and wireless microphones for speeches—all you need to do is enjoy your celebration.

To ensure the highest quality performance and adhere to workplace safety standards, our bookings are subject to the following standard requirements:

1. Power Supply Requirements
Dedicated Outlets: Access to reliable, standard 240V power outlets is required. Ideally, the performance area should have access to at least two independent, dedicated circuits to handle audio and lighting loads without risk of tripping.

Proximity: Power sources must be located within 10 to 15 metres of the performance or setup space. Fine2uned supplies its own high-quality, heavy-duty extension leads and power boards that comply with safety regulations.

Off-Grid & Generator Locations: For remote or outdoor locations where venue power is unavailable or supplied via standard generators, Fine2uned will provide its own portable power stations to run its equipment. This ensures a completely stable, pure sine wave power supply, protecting our sensitive audio engineering gear from voltage fluctuations and eliminating the risk of power dropouts.

2. Performance Space & Dimensions
Flat, Solid Surface: To ensure performer safety and gear stability, a flat, level, and solid stage or floor space is required. Grassy fields, loose gravel, or uneven dirt surfaces must be fitted with appropriate flooring or staging beforehand.

Minimum Footprint: A clear space is needed to comfortably arrange instruments, looping gear, DJ decks, and PA speakers.
(Standard recommendation: approx. 3m x 2m for a solo/duo act, or larger depending on the live band lineup requested).

3. Weather Protection (Outdoor Performance)
Full Cover: If any part of the event is outdoors, adequate overhead cover (such as a sturdy marquee, waterproof canopy, or permanent veranda) must be provided. This protects sensitive electronics and instruments from direct sunlight, extreme heat, wind, and sudden rain.

Plan B Protocols: In the event of severe or wet weather where adequate shelter is unavailable, an indoor backup location must be established to guarantee the safety of the performers, guests, and equipment.

4. Logistics & Bump-In Time
Access: Easy access to the venue (e.g., parking, loading zones, ramps, or lifts for heavy equipment) is required.

Setup Schedule: We typically require access to the performance area 60 to 90 minutes prior to the official start time to ensure a thorough setup, sound check, and line test without interrupting your guests.

5. Insurance, Safety & Contingencies
Public Liability Insurance: For complete peace of mind, all artists representing Fine2uned are fully insured with a minimum of $30 million in Public Liability Insurance cover.

Health & Safety: Responsible Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices are strictly observed. We take every effort to minimize hazards, secure cabling safely, and keep performance zones tidy.

Artist Guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that an artist is incapacitated or unable to perform due to unforeseen health or availability reasons, Fine2uned guarantees alternative, professional artist/s of equal high standard in lieu for your event.

Once you book with Fine2uned, you will receive access to our interactive Online Song List portal. From there, you can easily select the tracks you love, suggest songs for your key wedding moments, or simply leave the curation to us so you can sit back and relax.

Special Song Requests
If there is a meaningful track close to your heart that isn't already in our repertoire, we will gladly learn it for your special day to ensure your moments are completely unique and personalised.

Please Note: To ensure we have adequate time to rehearse, arrange, and perfect your custom choices, all specific song requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your event date.
