Dylan Lamb

Dylan was a great MC and brought a great combination of professionalism and humour to our cricket awards night. He was very easy to communicate with in the lead up to the event, and got a good feel of what type of event would go well. Thank you to Dylan for helping the night run smoothly!

Dylan entertained the residents on February 20th. He arrived early, well ahead of the scheduled time, and I truly appreciate that he reached out to me beforehand. He was able to meet all the necessary requirements for the event. Regarding the performance, there were 28 residents in attendance. We gathered feedback from 8 of them, as well as from one family member and 3 staff members who assisted the residents. Of the 8 residents, 4 expressed that they enjoyed the activity, 1 felt neutral, and 3 did not enjoy it. All 3 staff members provided positive feedback, mentioning that Dylan was good. In terms of engagement, 6 residents were independently active, 1 participated actively with verbal engagement, and 22 displayed passive participation, observing and showing signs of engagement. The family member also commented positively, noting that Dylan was good and observed how happy her mother was. Overall, Dylan performed well and fulfilled his role, though the audience composition may not have been ideal. Some residents seemed less attentive, but I believe that if Dylan were to perform for a crowd with more cognitive engagement, he would be able to capture the full attention of the audience.
