DanceCircus delivers polished, professional entertainment tailored to your event. We provide high-impact roving sets or feature performances as scheduled. Our acts are designed to engage guests, enhance atmosphere and integrate seamlessly into your event flow. We work closely with clients to match the theme, tone and energy of the event, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Access to a private change room is preferred (not bathrooms), with space for costumes, mirrors and basic facilities. Close unloading access and parking are ideal, especially for larger costumes or props. Some acts (e.g. stilt walkers, aerial or fire performers) require suitable ceiling height, level ground and safe performance areas. Specific requirements will be confirmed based on the act booked.
Roving Performances are typically structured in multiple short sets to maintain energy and guest engagement:
• 1-hour call: up to 1 x 45–60 min set
• 2-hour call: 2 x 30 min sets
• 3-hour call: 3 x 30 min sets or 2 x 45 min sets
• 4-hour call: 4 x 30 min sets
Custom set timings can be tailored to suit your event schedule.
Stage shows are anything between 5min and 45 min.
We offer flexible packages based on your event needs, including:

Packages are tailored based on number of performers, duration, location and technical requirements.
DanceCircus holds current Public Liability Insurance and can provide documentation upon request. Risk assessments and SWMS are available where required. Certain acts, such as fire performances, may require permits depending on the venue and local regulations.
