Allocated parking space close to event / venue.
Overhead covering if rain expected, costumes cannot be worn in the rain or used on wet muddy surfaces unless plastic bags are used to cover their feet.
20 mins on and 20 mins off for any characters with head piece. If outdoor event, max 2 hours in summer / hot weather for full costume characters. An assistant is required at an additional fee for travelling with full character suits due to restricted vision in suits.
Need sufficient space to access any steps for bunny / other character feet.
Allocated space for photos, can be decorated for extra fee.
