Clare Todhunter

Clare is a broadcaster with over a decade of on-air experience around the country. Her fast-rising radio career took her from her Gold Coast roots to Perth, Gosford, Sydney and Melbourne, where she was the breakfast newsreader for KIIS 101.1. She earned an Australian Commercial Radio Award in 2015 and made the switch to television in 2020. These days, Clare is a reporter for 9News Queensland, a cherished role in which every day is different. She covers crime, politics, health, housing, fires, floods, arts, and everything in between. Clare has been a natural and engaging public speaker since the age of six. She enjoys being social and is looking to gain further experience hosting events.
