Guests who want their caricature done will sit opposite me, while other guests watch in wonder and laugh taking friendly jabs at their friends as it takes shape. It’s very common for two people at a time to want to be on the same page. I can fit at the most 4 and at a stretch 5 faces on a page (A3). Each face takes me about 5-7 minutes. I really like to capture a person’s likeness and emphasise their personality and features, making it as fun as possible. All drawings are black and white. Clients get the most out of me when heavy emphasis is placed on my time frame (get a caricature before you miss out!). Once the first one or two get drawn, it’s usually very busy with guests at the end of my time begging for just one more.

A table with a few chairs, mine without arm rests (my elbows need to be free). Decent lighting (I can’t draw what I can’t see). An area not affected by wind or weather. An area where people aren’t constantly walking past behind me (guests who are standing and watching is fine). An area where people will see me, and feel free to come and sit without feeling uncomfortable.
I have a police clearance certificate, public liability insurance and a child safe check
