We are dancers from Melbourne's biggest Bollywood dance studio - Studio J! We bring the colour, energy & Bollywood glamour to all types of events including weddings, festivals, birthdays & corporate events. Expect professional and customisable experiences for each event. The SJ Crew are available for private, corporate, celebratory and communal events. Music and dance requests can be accommodated depending on cultural backgrounds and theme of the event such as Bollywood, Bhangra, South Indian & Semi-classical. We deliver authentic and culturally appropriate performances for a variety of South Asian festivals such as Eid, Holi, Diwali & more!

A private area for costume change, storing personal belongings and warming up before the event.
Minimum of 3 dancers per booking.
A sound system is required for playing our backing track (or we can bring our own upon request - additional charges will apply)
We can customise our music and shows to deliver authentic and culturally appropriate performances for a variety of South Asian themed events.
A minimum of 3 dancers available for booking. Choose from the following options or customise to best suit your event.
1. Performance only
Duration: 5 - 15 minutes
Can be split into multiple sets with costume changes (e.g three x 5 min shows)
2. Performance + Workshop
Duration: 25-30 minutes
On top of a performance, you may also request for a workshop package for your guests. This will comprise of a performance followed by a workshop, or just the workshop itself. For smaller or more intimate events, we can provide guests with props such as dupattas (colourful scarves) or even bindis to add a bit of bling!
3. Meet & greet, roving and pics
Duration: Flexible
Open your event with our gorgeous dancers (or even traditional dhol drummers!). Dancers can rove throughout the evening, or greet guests at the start of an event, or extend their time after their show for pics with guests. Duration is to be determined depending on your preference, whether it be for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or beyond.
Optional: You may request for costume colour scheme and props.
