You can expect clear communication, thoughtful collaboration on song choices, and a tailored setlist that suits your atmosphere—whether elegant, romantic, or understated. Planning consultations are included, and custom song composition is available upon request for an additional fee. On the day, you can rely on a professional setup and refined live music that enhances the mood without overpowering conversation. To ensure the best sound and experience, Belle Cat Jazz requires access to a standard power outlet and a performance space of approximately 2×2 metres. For outdoor events, adequate shade or cover must be provided to protect instruments and equipment from the elements. If your event has more than 80 guests or takes place in a large, open space, additional sound reinforcement may be recommended. We arrive at least 2 hours prior with all necessary equipment and handle full setup and pack‑down, ensuring a seamless and unobtrusive experience.
Belle Cat Jazz offers a versatile range of musical styles—from jazz and soul to pop and country—and can learn specific songs upon request to personalise your event. This flexibility allows you to tailor the soundtrack to your celebration, ensuring the music feels meaningful, memorable, and perfectly suited to your atmosphere.
Because every event is unique, pricing is based on factors such as performance length, location, setup requirements, and whether new songs need to be learnt or written for your special event. After an initial conversation, you’ll be provided with a transparent quote breaking down costs.
*Belle Cat Jazz is a member of the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance, and Musicians Australia Union. Minimum fee of $250 is applicable per musician, per gig (up to three hours) as per the Live Performance award.
Belle Cat Jazz carries full public liability insurance, meeting the requirements of most Queensland venues and event spaces. All equipment is professionally maintained and compliant with electrical safety standards. For outdoor events, any council‑required permits (including noise approvals or park‑use permissions) must be arranged by the event organiser.
