Mama B-Dawg is one smokin' blues women. When she teams up with hubby, Mongrel on bass, they deliver some rockin' rotsie, swampy, mountain style gritty blues with a hint of dark country… (see also Barrel Dawg Band).
Mama B-Dawg has a passion for Cigar Box Guitars, and Resonator Guitar. She is inspired by old school bluesmen like Son House and Robert Johnson infused with her own improvisation to create unique folky blues & roots music.
Mongrel keeps the engine revving with big bold Bass whilst Mama plays, sings and stomps!
Mongrel provides some solid rhythm, he is as dependable as the lifeguards at Bondi!
