A story to tell

I could be you, I could be your sister, your daughter, your mother, your friend.
Cancer doesn’t care about any of this of course.
If there is one thing I know, it is that breast cancer doesn’t discriminate, it’s not ageist, it doesn’t care what stage of life you are at or what size you are.
In 2019, I was 39 years old, the previous ten years had been good to me…….. marriage to my best friend and partner in crime, two beautiful daughters and a career. I exercised regularly, ate well and drank wine (just not necessarily in that order).
Just when I thought we had it all, breast cancer happened. This is the story of resilience, self- discovery, tenacity, and strong-will.
